- Data is processed using third-party AI platforms (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Microsoft Azure) subject to their respective data processing agreements. We will inform you which platforms are used for your engagement.
- Client data is deleted or returned upon engagement completion, unless you request otherwise.
5. Payment Processing
We use Stripe to process payments. Your payment card details are sent directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment information.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted communications (HTTPS), access controls, and secure handling of client data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information within commercially acceptable means.
7. Data Retention
- Contact form submissions: Retained for as long as needed to respond and follow up, then deleted.
- Client engagement data: Retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months, unless a longer period is required by law or requested by the client.
- Invoicing and payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax law.

- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
